Dr. Jeremiah Hernandez D.C.
Raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, Dr. Jeremiah Hernandez discovered his passion early on: helping others feel and perform at their absolute best. A dedicated healer and dynamic leader, Dr. Hernandez combines an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care with expertise that spans from the classroom to the field and beyond.
Dr. Hernandez graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Biology and a Chemistry minor, later earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University with high honors. But there's much more to his story. Beyond his academic achievements, he was an athlete, competing in soccer, cross country, squash, and club volleyball. His love of movement and health even found its way to the runway, where he worked as a model in Chicago.
Dr. Hernandez’s journey of service continued with a church mission in Honduras, an experience that deepened his commitment to uplifting others. Today, he lives by the guiding purpose of his practice: "uplifting others through healing." He serves as the Lead Medical Adviser and keynote speaker at Reconnection Men’s Retreats, sharing his knowledge and passion for wellness. An avid reader and dedicated father, Dr. Hernandez finds balance in life’s simple joys, whether it's time with his son or a powerful book.
Dr. Sara Ferman D.C.
Born and raised in Honduras, Dr. Ferman brings her heartfelt passion for wellness to her practice, where she supports everyone in the community—from newborns to elders—on their journey to better health through chiropractic care. A graduate from Brigham Young University in Human Biology, she went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University with high honors, setting a strong foundation for her natural healing philosophy.
Dr. Ferman is a firm believer in empowering the body to heal without unnecessary medications, recognizing their potential impact on the body, whether life-saving or minimal. She’s a devoted mother, finding joy in both raising her son and helping her patients thrive. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her staying active at the gym, continuously learning, and sharing her commitment to natural health with her community.
